I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at anytime.

Disrespect will not be tolerated and commission will be cancelled when it occurs.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

You may cancel the commission before any work is done, NO REFUND after initial sketch and payment is issued.

The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

Payment is due in full upfront or half and half after the final commission.

Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD.

Additional fees may be added depending on the complexity of the piece

Client must provide any references or text description of their commission. Pinterest boards, previous commissions etc are welcome!

A schedule date for commission will be discussed and a PAYPAL INVOICE LINK will be sent when the commission slot is ready.

Deadlines must be discussed prior but I usually work within 1 to 2 week time frame. Any lapses and delays will be notified.

Sketches will be provided for early revisions and updates will be sent along the process.

After the commission you recieve a Final Artwork 300dpi Hres print safe img and Lres img for posting.

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.

I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.

You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.

For commercial use, price can be discussed depending on usage.

Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.

Commissioned piece may not be used in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Reproduction of the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me is not allowed.
